We are receiving it. Right now. From a species, living and dead, that holds us up. New post on inheritance, agency, and what we put back.

#7 Dear @tapairportugal. The flights on Sunday, for my 10 year grandson and his friend, excited for their holiday. Are you seriously telling me that I have to pay a further €347,44 otherwise they will not be able to fly? Put me in touch with an informed human urgently.
#5 Dear @tapairportugal, either you have no interest in a possible fraudulent email request for money sent from TAP. Or you are asking me for further payment on a ticket that is already paid for and issued. Either of those two are scandalous.

#4 I send email to @tapairportugal Data Protection officer explaining all. Brief (!) email reply from them: "Dear Customer, The email you received was from TAP.
Sincerely"
#3 I call @tapairportugal and speak to an agent who says ticket is issued and paid for - I should not pay any more. Make a note of this call I say. He has no procedure for responding to someone who might have received a scam email.

Put it in writing and email me, I say. Email arrives with no more than booking number, amount, and link. You think a wise person would click on that link @tapairportugal ?

5 days before a flight @tapairportugal calls to say I have to pay an addition €173,72 (per ticket) for a ticket issued and paid for in June. Sounds sus, right?

My whole life (64 years of it) reduced by a google algorithm to "Etienne Wenger's wife". Not an author, not a professional, but a wife. I'm livid. Grow up @Google , it's 2023. And change you b**** algorithm. Nowhere have I EVER introduced or described myself as someone's wife.
@AirFranceUS My grandson could not travel on his reserved seat (parents didn't bring car seat). You cancelled baby's ticket, said it would be refunded, and parents paid for him to travel on their lap. I want to follow up on the the refund. Who do I talk to? Precise info please.
Im case you missed it ...
Here's a calm but very stinging take down of David Frost and Brexit in defence of of the Northern Ireland Protocol.

Missing one archetype as far as I can see: informed pioneer seniors creating sociotech- interventions. I find archetypes, in general, are too close to patronising stereotypes to be useful.
