#4 I send email to @tapairportugal Data Protection officer explaining all. Brief (!) email reply from them: "Dear Customer, The email you received was from TAP.
Sincerely"

#3 I call @tapairportugal and speak to an agent who says ticket is issued and paid for - I should not pay any more. Make a note of this call I say. He has no procedure for responding to someone who might have received a scam email.

My whole life (64 years of it) reduced by a google algorithm to "Etienne Wenger's wife". Not an author, not a professional, but a wife. I'm livid. Grow up @Google , it's 2023. And change you b**** algorithm. Nowhere have I EVER introduced or described myself as someone's wife.

@AirFranceUS My grandson could not travel on his reserved seat (parents didn't bring car seat). You cancelled baby's ticket, said it would be refunded, and parents paid for him to travel on their lap. I want to follow up on the the refund. Who do I talk to? Precise info please.

Missing one archetype as far as I can see: informed pioneer seniors creating sociotech- interventions. I find archetypes, in general, are too close to patronising stereotypes to be useful.
