@HABrazeau 😬 I will say I think the schools I was at were pretty good with even pay… but admittedly it’s a small sample size😬😬😬 so that could definitely be true more broadly.

@JuliaBauman2@mfgrp One thing someone told me is ‘pick a project where either/all outcome(s) is surprising or interesting or important’. Don’t hope for the ‘good/cool’ outcome and have nothing interesting if the cookie crumbles the other way….. easier said than done but good advice
