I thought I'd share a book cover that I find absolutely beautiful, "Ballenrose" by Mallory Burgess. I find a lot of the vintage historical romance novels have such gorgeous artwork!

These titles pop up quite frequently in historical romance novels. It can be a little confusing as to who is "higher" in status in the aristocracy. An example would be Simon, who is the "Duke of Hastings" in Bridgerton. 🙂

This is actually the first book in the Secrets & Spies Series. It follows one of the brother's (Nic) and Marianne, a french acrobat. Another masterpiece, filled with suspense and passion! 📚

Before this, I was into the Shadow Hunters series by Cassandra Clare, Twilight, etc.
So, even though I mainly read historical romance right now, I am open to other genres.

Word of the day! This place pops up ALOT in Regency Era romances. The hero usually casually mentions that he goes here to work out, when the heroine of the story notices his rippling muscles lol! 😂🥊
