@GOVUK we have been trying to renew a driving licence all afternoon but when it goes through to security questions, no questions come up and ot just says tha part has failed. What is going wrong? We were the on hold for over 90 mins to try and get through before just giving up.

@MoneySavingExp Never before October but generally when it drops below 18 degrees in the house and we are sat around, so depends on what the weather is doing. Sometimes sunny days keeps the house warm enough if we shut the curtains to keep the heat on before it gets dark. It was November once!

@ItsnotrightUK I am a band 7 in London. If I worked full time and could do one extra bank shift each week then my pay would probably be much nicer too. But I would then be overtired, probably make mistakes and have no life. I dont know anyone that would do it unless the extra shifts are in AL

@ItsnotrightUK ACP is likely to have around 20 years+ working in that one speciality so will have a whole heap of experience and knowledge about that speciality. Plus the way this tries to suggest you can do one bank shift a week just shows this is trying to poke a reaction over the pay!

@ellielexx Maybe he wasn’t sure that you would want him to recognise you? Would that cause you to cry when you are out trying to live your life? It’s sometimes very hard to gauge what to do in these situations unless you know the family very well and how they will react.
