Droughts in Mexico, a third of Pakistan underwater, heat waves in India and China, 1.4 million households without power and half a million people without water in Puerto Rico from Hurricane Fiona.
I repeat: the climate crisis is here. People over profit.
Can we all just take a moment and appreciate the amazing work this woman has been doing for the province? Thank you, Dr. Fitzgerald! We love you - @RobertShawn13
DELAY THE ELECTION.
PUT PUBLIC SAFETY FIRST.
I’m outraged watching the Premier and Chief Electoral Officer throw Dr. Fitzgerald under the bus. Enough is enough. Delay the election to give officials time to adapt for a safe vote. And do it NOW.

@trishabarry357 Absolutely! I can't even fathom why skin color determines lesser or greater treatment - it's disgusting. We are all people!

@Carolin77008937 I disagree that Santa should be gender neutral. It's history - Santa was always a male, and why does that have to change? Moving forward, gender can be a fluid topic, but Santa is fine the way he is! #gndr10002019
@remedios_jason It is crazy just how many women experience this. I'd also like to know how much of it goes unreported and what the statistics for domestic violence for men are. Women can be abusive too! #gndr10002019
@AnnaAuCoin1 Absolutely! Housework is 100% legitimate work. Just because we don't get paid for it, does that mean we shouldn't do it? It's something we have no choice but to do, therefore, it should be considered work! #gndr10002019
@EmilyQuinlan11 It's disgusting! People can't afford to live here anymore and it's a true shame that women are sometimes forced to choose between their careers and having children due to the low wages and high childcare costs in the province. #gndr10002019
@mags0926 Absolutely! I just don't believe low income means unhealthy and vice versa! Of course low income have more struggles but it doesn't necessarily mean they're automatically unhealthy. Same as higher income people aren't automatically healthy. #gndr10002019
@jenny_seaward Absolutely! There are so many different versions of health. I'm just taking it as a broad idea that income doesn't create or negate health. It can intersect it like you've pointed out, but I don't think it's a lone determinant by any means. #gndr10002019
