They clearly want to honour their son and tell people what a hero he was, obviously it’s going to be hard and the emotions are still raw for them, but they weren’t bound to a chair being forced into it!

@TUIUK Can I ask why you would have cancelled a holiday booked from Tuesday 22nd September to Tuesday 29th September to Lanzarote, when you are clearly still letting other holidays happen right now, if this post is anything to go by! Email wouldn’t give a reason!

@TUIUK ...for next year as Travel Insurance is an issue! Can we not just change our dates to Monday-Monday of that week and then we don’t have to worry about refunding the holiday?

@TUIUK We have received an email to say our September holiday to Lanzarote has been cancelled due it seems to it being a Tuesday-Tuesday booking (which has confused me). One of the group has said that we should get a full refund instead of re-booking...
