@VirginAtlantic hi I have received 2 emails today the first stating our flight would be with Wamos which we have complained about Customer service, as this is unacceptable as this is not what we have booked, Then had a second email stating it was sent in error! Can you confirm.

@virginmedia the worst company to be with ! Can’t get hold of anyone to cancel contract! None of the online services working!!! No one answering phone! The only thing that does work is virgin taking the money out on time!!!!

@virginmedia It’s not an issue with the signal to the rooter, it’s the WiFi signal in the home

@virginmedia We got in touch and they changed the rooter but the WiFi signal is still not reaching the other rooms, we have used virgin for over 10 years at this address and never had trouble. It’s very difficult and frustrating to get in touch with a member of team, can someone help
