Beginning on June 21st, there will be a Bible Study for Youth at 10:00 am in the Maloney Center. Students will be studying Paul's letters to the Thessalonians. (1/2)
She resides in Columbus with her husband James and two dogs. She is looking forward to getting to know the Bexley United community! Elizabeth will start July 1, 2026 following Kathy Clymer's retirement.
Elizabeth Crumpler comes to Bexley as an experienced music educator, most recently as the Director of Instrumental and Vocal Music at St. Francis DeSales High School in Columbus. She previously directed the Oxford United Methodist Church Chancel Choir in Oxford, Ohio.
Elizabeth is a Cleveland native and graduated from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and Vandercook College of Music. She currently works in digital learning and enjoys playing the oboe in the Worthington Civic Band.
We will have special receptions in her honor in the Maloney Center after both services that morning, and we hope you will join us to share your thanks and well-wishes with Pastor Colleen. (2/3)
This past week, Pastor Colleen was recognized by the West Ohio Conference of The United Methodist Church for her many years of service as she transitions to retirement. Her last Sunday at Bexley United will be June 14th, 2026.
Jesus defies all expectations by befriending sinners and by teaching about parties that are thrown for strays, rebels, failures, and outsiders.
