Hey @Teleflora you ruined my parents’ 1st anniversary since my mom died. I ordered flowers for Dad 2 hrs b4 the same-day delivery cutoff. You called me 4 hrs later & said the local cutoff was actually 3 hrs b4 what the website said, so would delivery tomorrow be ok? NOT AT ALL OK
