@sainsburys I would like to understand why payments are taken if goods are not delivered to customers? It has taken me 4 phone calls and a lot of time to get a refund for undelivered goods.
I also think you make it incredibly hard to get refunds on sub quality delivered goods.

How can I ensure I do not get a parking ticket, without paying twice?
