@Andrew_Jordan_ I’m sure this used to be a regular occurrence. I remember once being told either me or the other SHO needed to do the long day. The other SHO had kids to pick up. Also been put in a room on first day of rotation nd told to sort rota out between ourselves. this was about 10yrs ago
