I’ve now checked my CCTV footage which showed they hardly tried, felt like they were looking for an excuse not to empty it. Furthermore the guy was wheeling an empty bin to collect sacks so if ours was really ‘too heavy’ surely some sacks could have been taken out and put in it?

@LBofBromley my black bin wasn’t collected today. The reason was because it’s ’too heavy’ yet it’s no different to every other week. I have two babies in nappies, a nappy bin and kitchen bin overflowing and nowhere to empty any of this. Please can you send someone urgently 2moro
