@SportsDirect_CS please explain how I get given a credit note because you didn’t have the right size shoes in stock, & apparently have a no refund policy (which I found out after I made my purchase on the receipt) told to order online but it will cost me £5 more to collect!!!!

@virginmedia need to sort out there “issues” 6 week hols, coupled with working from home & constant intermittent internet. Constant text updates saying an engineer is fixing the issue but the day it will be fixed changes every 5 minutes!! Can’t speak to anyone in CS phones busy!

@Divinadecampo It’s utter chaos!! We got onto the train with a 5 year old, who was then squashed by a bunch of adults with suitcases etc. because less carriages and no other option. Not their fault but people so desperate to get home etc. meant the safety of everyone went out of the window.
