Train 13242 is extremely overcrowded, with many passengers travelling to Sultanganj & Deoghar. Even AC coaches r packed like GNL coaches.

Why r no special trains being run to manage this heavy seasonal rush? Plz intervene & provide additional services. @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva
