@HMRCcustomers I made a repayment request from overpaid tax via self-assessment for 2025/06. I made the claim via web portal straight into my account on 01/06/2026 and not received payment yet. Request page mentioned to wait 10 working days but it's now been over double that

@HMRCcustomers Just spent ages getting through to an advisor, then he hung up on me after asking for some additional information. Had to login to HMRC portal to pull the answer to his question and hung up after 10 seconds
