@Hilton No need! It's resolved. @Delta called @Hilton and resolved it for me. Although the issue never would have occurred if you didn't have one property called "Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix/Chandler" and another called "Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix/Chandler Fashion Center."

I booked a hotel through @Delta, and it was the wrong hotel. Canceled and booked another one, got charged for both. I figured between Delta, @Expedia, and @Hilton, I'd just get finger pointing. I planned on disputing the charge with @AmericanExpress, but DELTA got my refund!!!

Tough times at @Delta. In the past I’ve received quick service for being a gold medallion member. I just hit platinum for the first time and this is not what I expected. They must have a huge queue right now. That’s what happens when flights just ✨disappear✨ from itineraries.
