@FedEx has been saying for 2 days that my package is on time for a 430pm delivery today. Welp, the package just got to Indianapolis (8 hours away) about 45 minutes ago. Y'all need to do better.

So I've found that when @FedEx screws up on delivering a package they won't hold themselves or the shipper responsible. Instead they're going to demand your name, number, address, email, etc just to tell you "sorry".
