@SW_Help crazy this evening. Why was 23.48 cancelled WAT to WEYB? Can I have name of person authorising cancellation? 00.09 WAT to WEYB was unsafe. Vomiting, sickness, aggression, people passing out and guard hid in last carriage. Shameful. Name of guard please?

@SW_Help There was confirmation on the swr website that buses were confirmed from Surbiton to Woking last night. When I got to Surbiton no buses in place per SWR staff.
