Thought about it a bit and remembered they all were going to kill themselves with a gun. The family members proceed to kill themselves one by one. So it’s up to the male character to kill himself.

@lippyent My second runner-up besides the horrible Stephen King film was the movie “dragged me to Hell”. The hero of the movie survives almost the whole movie and a last second gets dragged to hell. so stupid.
