In December, an 85-year-old widow called a North Carolina tree removal company, begging for firewood to keep her house warm, but said she couldn't pay them.
Paul Brittain, the owner, delivered the firewood for free, fixed her car, her roof, her heating/AC unit ALL for FREE and then raised $20,000 for her for Christmas.
Ever since, has been maintaining her property, completely for free.
He has never charged her a dime.
This is the America I love!!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Milton Friedman, 4 ways to spend money:
1. Your money on yourself (you’re careful about both cost and quality)
2. Your money on others (you care about cost, less about quality)
3. Someone else’s money on yourself (you care about quality, not cost)
4. Someone else’s money on others (you care about neither)
Hint: #4 is the government
🚨🇺🇸 Wait, 56 people died under ICE during the Obama admin??
Was I living under a rock? Cause I don't recall any riots over that back then...

🚨NEW: Stephen A. Smith *GOES NUCLEAR* on Mark Kelly for telling military to disobey TRUMP🚨
"How dare you do that!? I'm not a military person and I know better than that! You don't tell military men and women to ignore an order from the commander-in-chief! You don't do that!"
"He's the commander-in-chief for the United States military! Period! You have no business doing that! None!"
"You don't go in front of the cameras and give military personnel a directive to ignore their commander-in-chief!"
@DailyCaller
Michigan State Rep. John James (R), who graduated from Westpoint and is a combat veteran who flew Apache helicopters in Iraq on the Democrats who were calling for our troops to disobey orders:
“Here’s a hint: if you’re cutting ads that make Putin proud, you’re doing Patriotism wrong.”
“What my colleagues on the other side of the aisle just did, whether they know it or care, is exactly how you shred the chain of command and kill combat effectiveness.
Right now, RT, Sputnik and every Kremlin bot farm are clipping that Democrat ad and cheering.
What they did isn’t about defending the Constitution, it’s Democrats crowning themselves the final arbiter of military obedience because they lost an election.”
John James is 100% correct. In my opinion, it’s seditious and treasonous. What do you think would happen to a politician in the Chinese or Russian government if they put an ad out like our Democrat Senators and Congress people did criticizing Putin or Xi? We know what would happen.
If you watch anything from today's Charlie Kirk memorial service, let it be these words from @MrsErikaKirk.
This is the Gospel in real life. Just... wow.
Benny Johnson and his team put together this very beautiful 3 minute video of Charlie Kirk. WOW
Stop what you are doing and watch it
Oh also grab some extra tissues 💔
"I'm just flesh and bone, but more importantly, I'm a soul, and that soul is accountable to one being."
"I've had an unbelievably blessed life... So praise God. I've been all across the world. I've met with world leaders."
"I've flown Air Force One, got to know a president. I have an amazing family, the podcast Turning Point USA... And so you experienced that, and you're like, 'What actually matters?'"
"What matters is your relationship with the divine, your relationship with your family, your kids, and maybe a close collection of friends, and your relationship with the truth."
So much wisdom and taken way too soon. Charlie Kirk will never be forgotten.
“S&P earnings need to grow 30% to justify today’s valuations… with GDP slowing, that’s nearly impossible.” – Brian Wesbury 📉
Hear why the market might be pricing in way too much optimism.

On June 2, 2025, Sergeant of the Guard Sgt. 1st Class Andrew Jay took his final walk as a Tomb Guard at Arlington National Cemetery. In a powerful farewell, he laid roses at each crypt of the Unknown Soldiers, then walked off the plaza hand in hand with his 8-year-old son, Finn.
Congratulations to Scott Bessent…nominated by President Trump to serve as Treasury Secretary.
Back in October, on Bloomberg, he criticized Jerome Powell for his 50 basis point rate cut in the middle of a presidential election. He also said…”If you believe forward guidance is good, why can’t [we] give forward guidance on who the Fed chair is going to be?”
His idea: Create a “Shadow Federal Reserve Board Chair”.
I hope this “shadow chair” asks questions, or makes public some key things that the current Fed does not talk about, and the press won’t ask or report about.
In 2008, the Fed made one of the biggest changes in economic policy the US has seen since 1913 when the Fed was created.
The Fed shifted from a “scarce reserve” model to an “abundant reserve” model.
This, along with holding rates at zero for nine years out of the last 16, has created roughly $600 billion of losses on commercial bank books, and roughly $1 trillion in losses on the Fed’s books.
The Fed is paying private banks about $200 billion per year right now, and the Fed is losing roughly $100 billion per year.
How is the Fed paying its employees if it is losing money every day? The answer appears to be borrowing from the taxpayer with a sleight of hand accounting arrangement. As far as I know this was not authorized by Congress.
Do people know that the Treasury has a “slush fund” of about $850 billion in its Treasury General Account, held at the Fed? This Account for decades had only $5 billion in it, but the “abundant reserve” system led the Treasury and Fed to be more closely tied together than ever before. This account should not exist, in my opinion. It is a back door way of implementing Modern Monetary Theory.
There are so many things that markets, taxpayers and members of government should know about the Fed that are never talked about, or reported on.
A “Shadow Chair” could bring all this to light.
Yes, videos work…but reading is essential to understanding issues in a more comprehensive matter. Especially in economics. This just happens to be a 1st Edition.
