@theerikhamre@laxcolumbus Thanks for clarity. Rumor was a bunch of kids on the 2024 team actually went to StX.
Either way, easy solution is to add a Private school or a “creek lax” division to the MS tourney and problem solved.

@sullymygoodname Not this Irish fan. Miami beat ND H2H. The beef was with Bama and how it went down. Miami’s lines were insane and it’s showing again tonight. NDs DLine couldn’t do this to OSU. Would be a different game on both sides of the ball.
@sullymygoodname I didn’t go when I lived on campus and they had the preseason games. Sure as hell wouldn’t drive an hour now, unless it was a real game and An alum was playing. Not enough seats though so that will never happen.
Lose by 14 to 5-7 FSU in your first game of the season.
Struggle with 4-8 South Carolina.
Lose at home to the only ranked team you face in November.
Struggle with 5-7 Auburn.
Lose by 21 the day before the bracket’s made.
Get put in the CFP.
Pretty sweet deal Alabama has.
@ToddFuhrman Glad you posted this. Don’t really think SEC fans even really care about who gets in between ND and Miami? They don’t. Except they do bc they don’t want to play ND.
@sullymygoodname 100% agreed. Fun game to watch at home so even better you were there with your boy, Fireman Ed. 🤣. Lot’s of things to clean up but I’ll take the W!
I served on the National Security Council under President Clinton. I was Joe Biden’s Deputy Staff Director of the Senate foreign Relations Committee. I voted for Kamala Harris and have been a vocal critic of many dangerous and undemocratic actions taken by President Trump.
But I’m not a blind tribalist and am perfectly comfortable praising President Trump for bold and courageous actions in support of America’s core national interests, as he took last night.
Iran has been at war with the United States for 46 years. Its regime has murdered thousands of American citizens. Its slogan “death to America“ was not window dressing but core ideology. It was racing toward a nuclear weapon with every intention of using it to threaten America, our allies, and the Middle East region as a whole.
No actions like this come without risks, and I imagine the story will get more complicated over time, but that’s why these types of decisions are complicated.
Although I believe electing Kamala Harris would have been better for our democracy, society, and economy, as well as for helping the most vulnerable people in the United States and around the world, I also believe VP Harris would not have had the courage or fortitude to take such an essential step as the president took last night.
