@RugbyPhilBB IF we can get a strong CEO who is comfy in the 100 to 200 million corporate bracket as a turnaround expert (lots of them) and is also a sports expert (far fewer) then we don't need a DoR. But i suspect people like that who want the job are rare. So I think we may need both.

Wg can't adapt from that and without those players his style cannot be executed. Regions didn't create them.
