Text Message Downloading Images error, for the last 2 days. Happening on all our phones. We are using Verizon Wireless @VerizonSupport and #GooglePixel 6 and 8.

@sdsjr80 @DurvidImel @onbeeper @Apple @Verizon It just seems odd it's only an issue with photos sent from an iPhone to Android. You would think if it was a @VerizonSupport issue, it would be across the board.

@VerizonSupport My apologies. I don't think I communicated the issue well. I am a Verizon Wireless Business customer. We all have Pixel 8 and Pixel 6 phones. All of us stopped receiving iPhone photos yesterday 12-13-2023 around 10AM CST. Unknown what carrier the sender iPhone device is using

@VerizonSupport It is apparently a global issue / outage. It's across the board. Many phones. We just don't know if it's a Verizon backend issue or an apple backend issue. I can tell you right now though... It's 180% not a single phone setting as you just suggested.
