What's your favorite but also easiest things to do to destress and ground yourself a little bit? I need new coping mechanisms and am struggling. Like simple simple things. Cannot stress enough. Easiest go to things. 🥴🥴
sometimes i hate how i feel everything so deeply. i feel when the vibe is off, i feel when shits about to start getting different, i feel when things are changing, i feel all of that energy & what i hate the most is being told i’m crazy for feeling it just to be right in the end.
