为什么耐克每年要花200万美金来养已经退役十多年的刘翔？

北京奥运退赛那一晚，刘翔身上的17个代言，跑掉了16个。

有人连夜撤广告，有人合同没到期就解约，生怕沾上一点晦气。

唯一没跑的是耐克，还反手登了整版广告：

"爱运动，即使它伤了你的心。"

2012年伦敦再退赛，别的品牌躲得更远，耐克照样续约。

到了2015年刘翔退役，耐克干脆把合同改成了终身制：每年保底约200万美元，没有KPI，不考核成绩，一年最多只需要出席5场品牌活动。

而刘翔本人呢？退役之后不接综艺、不开直播、不带货，社交平台常年不更新，低调到几乎查无此人。一个运动员的商业价值，按理说早就该清零了。

但这钱真的就白给了吗？我们来算一笔账。

2025财年，耐克在大中华区的营收是65.85亿美元，折合约470亿人民币。

给刘翔的这200万美元，只占这笔收入的万分之三，说白了，连零头的零头都算不上。

那耐克买到了什么？上海总部至今摆着一间"刘翔中心"，他的战靴、奖牌、比赛影像一样不少，享受的是乔丹级别的待遇。

他平时不露面，可只要偶尔露一次面，热搜就替耐克省下一大笔广告费。

阿低认为，当年骂他的人，如今才刚刚回过味来了：刘翔之后，亚洲再没人摸到过这个项目的边。

12秒88，是黄种人在短跨赛道上的一次奇迹，二十多年过去，全世界还没等到第二个。

这就是那16个品牌和耐克的差距：别人只看得见眼前的一次退赛，耐克看得见一个永远不会被复制的传奇。

撤掉的16个，输在没有先见之明；留下的耐克，用万分之三的成本，简直赢麻了。
