Hi @pe4everykid as an aspiring PE teacher I created a portfolio. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take a look and give any type of feedback. Thank you!

Why slide? To move across the horizon and to challenge vestibular system. Why run? To flee or chase. To improve performance. To compete or to train. We as PE teachers need to be able to explain why we teach what we teach.
Why do we gallop? To get between narrow spaces. Why skip? To generate a sling to throw. Why jump? To avoid danger or to improve performance. Why hop? To understand the transfer of weight and to be able to control yourself on one leg. Why flee or chase? In case of a threat.
Differentiation in Physical education is important as we want to meet every students needs to help them improve. The STTEP principle is a great way to help plan for differentiation @helenabaert
By planning for #differentiation, we ensure students fundamental right to access #PhysEd, whilst also modelling a socially inclusive society which is based upon mutual understanding & #respect for individual diversity. https://t.co/WMRZdKuh3x #physicaleducation#educhat
Using twitter for 14 days has been a very worthwhile experience. I've discovered amazing educators willing to share their knowledge with current and future PE teachers. Twitter will now be my top go to sources in the future!

Hello PE community! What are some accounts that I could follow on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms to enhance my teaching as physical educator? #pechat#pe#iteachpe#physed#physicaleducation
@KymmBallard Physical education teaches way more than what people think and that should recognized. It's not just motor skills that are being learned as it also challenges the mental, social, and emotional everyday.

I was able to create my very own Bitmoji Virtual Classroom a couple weeks ago. I’m excited to build off this and continue to learn how to create a work environment for student virtually!
@thepespecialist gives us a look at what technology helps him during instruction whether it's virtually or in the classroom. Very helpful. Thanks for sharing! #iteachpe
