The 2nd requires a player to sit out and loses that year of eligibility. Graduate transfers are exempt. I think this would stabilize the system.quite a bit.

@the_transit_guy So to fly arguably could take 3 hours with carry-on luggage. 1 hour before flight arrival, flight time, deplaining and then getting to transportation. Depends on the airport as well. Unless a train can beat 3 hours, why would it be better? Why waste the money?

@WallStreetApes With interest rates in the 6-7% range for autos, I'm guessing he has some credit issues to qualify for a 10%+ rate. So, as a high risk borrower he gets a higher rate. Risk based pricing. The alternative is save up and pay cash how is this usury?
