🏃‍♂️ Brilliant to gather from all over the UK as a staff team yesterday after another brilliant year!

🙏 Pray that God would continue to guide our staff team as we work to serve the mission of reaching the world of sport for Christ in 2026.

Sports Plus 2025 is just a week away and we're excited to be running a record of 10 camps this summer, kicking off in Perth, Scotland.

Here's a look back at last year's Sports Plus highlights 👇

"The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.”

Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.  For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.

Colossians 3:1-3

@LukeRandall01 Is this application to sport distinct from any secular work/involvement on a Sunday?

I'd like to understand if the opinion you express here extends to other vocations (aka public service/shift work).

100 years ago today, Eric Liddell competed in the 400m at the Paris Olympics.

Running is a story about Eric and fellow Olympian, Harold Abrahams. Both at the top of their game, yet their outlooks on life and sport, could not have been more different.

Everyone, I need your help!

The BOA deadline is tomorrow.

[Alex Muir @Alex_W_Muir]

To my mind, it is totally perverse that Phil Norman will not be going to the Olympics for falling short by a mere 0.15s of an arbitrary and unnecessarily high qualification standard. He - and others in the athletic community - deserve better.

[Brian Glynn @bglynn93]

@Alex_W_Muir Spot on, it’s a shame @BritAthletics don’t feel obliged to comment on it either. NGBs shouldn’t be able to gate-keep such opportunities (given his world ranking qualifies him) & avoid accountability. It’s as if they don’t realise human beings are on the end of these decisions.

If the Lord Jesus is my shepherd, I have everything I need.
Today I might win, lose, walk off injured or score the winner.
The Lord is with me, through the ups and downs, the green pastures and the dark valleys, and I will dwell in His house forever.
