A whole platform full of passengers left standing on the platform at herne hill while the driver refused to open the doors as the train wasn’t “scheduled” to stop there but did anyway and was totally empty!!! What are you doing @thameslink

@TLRailUK Thank you for the response however this still doesn’t explain leaving a whole platform of passengers standing when all the trains before and after were all cancelled. Process or not, common sense or an exception should have prevailed in this instance…..

@TLRailUK Yes Herne Hill, platform 1 and around 8:45am. The poor station staff were getting a lot of complaints but it wasn’t their decision and was in the hands of the driver.

@TLRailUK @MrsTopsmith Seeing as every service after is cancelled I’m sure even if it took a while it would have been worth it. A platform full of passengers trying to get into London and the poor station staff unable to help. An exception should have been made. Still stuck at herne hill waiting 😡

@TLRailUK first two days back in to the office this week and both days been stuck for over 40 minutes on way into Blackfriars. What a joke. No direct service from beckenham junction to blackfriars anymore, less than half capacity on trains and still ridiculous delays.......
