No one had turned up still not sure why people are even taking jio connection for the temporary offers lure they provide. It's not at all worth one's time, money and mainly they demand a lot of one's energy. Where we need to chase them forever. @jagograhakjago please take a note
@reliancejio yhis is ridiculous, we do the payment take the connection and the jio service executive on adjacent building comes and plucks out our jio connection in the name of having less slots. What type of resolution is this, why is my connection on stake. I regret taking jio
@reliancejio and when raised a customer complaint i am asked to compromise and request relocation and wait for it. Is it my duty to know where the jio lines run??
@reliancejio While other service providers give instant resolution, why should I keep jio, I highly recommend people to not opt jio for the sad state of service in tier 1 cities
@OnePlus_IN i had greenline issue on my OnePlus 9R, which was submitted to hyd servicecentre receiving a receipt written that a coupon of 31k will be sent on my OnePlus account online, to purchase 11R. On not receiving, i reached out and they are now saying this is invalid.
@OnePlus_IN This how the company is committed to customer satisfaction. There hasn't been any progress in my complaint nor a solution given. The service centre says they are out of stock. Is it a joke that a customer has to run to and from while you guys don't have internal coordination?

@OnePlus_IN This is really painful to have been a customer of one plus and getting stuck for buying the product. Public pls do not buy their products. Within fewmonths there will be a green line due to manufacturing defect and the company will not give back even a penny while we spend 40-50k
