Why not to book with . @Cleartrip
A) Cancelled my flight due to a medical emergency was told only Rs 50,000 will be deducted,rest will be refunded.
B) They refunded only Rs 21,000 (deducting approx 1.25lac) and closed the booking. No further intimation on this.

Cancelling your tickets and take exact refund amount in writing from them. They conveniently deduct and refund our own money as per this fancy.

E)Then my fight with Cleartrip starts.Fighting tooth and nail, they finally agreed there was a mistake from the refund team and you are eligible for more refund.

I was told, this will be resolved in 24hrs. It has been 7 days and no response as yet. We have an audio recording of the call clearly indicating Cleartrip has made an error, still there is no action from your end.

@Cleartrip Since 7+ days they are still checking?? It's been 20+ days since tickets were cancelled, why should I wait further for the refund, more so this is now blatant cheating wherein the major part of the refund is just not being returned. Will be filing a case in consumer court.
