@Uber My account balance (gift card) was $100 before I took a ride. The ride shows the fare was $80.04. After the ride, $45.33 was debited from the connected debit card account and my account balance was $0. Hence, a total $145.33 was debited for the ride whose fare was $80.04?

@ANI The weight of #VineshPhogat has been found to be 100 g more than 50 kg (as per the reports). Hence, it’s +0.2%. All weighing scales are supposed to allow for some error. Is there any information if this 100 g (+0.2%) is outside the range of the error allowed by the scale?

@AxisBankSupport This issue has dragged on for 2 years. All documents, which prove that my colleague physically received the item, have been provided to the bank. One officer said they had the documents and will close the case. Then he resigned! Please address this ASAP.

@DTDCIndia AWB 7D9558768 got delivered on Jan 15. AWB 7D9558543, sent a day before the other one, with same origin/destination, is still in transit. It was communicated to DTDC that both had food-grade material, yet they got labeled as as auto/machine parts. How can this happen?

Created account#2: day of birth changed by itself; can't be changed online.
Next session: state had changed from California (CA) to Catamarca (CA) by itself.

After call#1: call set up but never came.
After call#2: they assured they can change day of birth in 14 days; after I hung up, I saw details on the account automatically changing. Your setup needs to be fixed.

@IndiaPostOffice I've been doing that for an year to no avail - calls, emails, tweets... everything. No more. You've the details - please figure out the rest. If you can't, please convey the same to @AxisBank, who've been threatening to blacklist the IEC.

@ChennaiCustoms My colleague (GSTN: 33AAZPI3074P1ZY) received a consignment (CH155447008US) on 17.02.22, through @IndiaPostOffice, with no BOE. @AxisBank, through whom the consignment was paid for, has been asking for the BOE. India Post is refusing to provide it. Can you help?

@RBI @IndiaPostOffice is not providing bill of entry (says it doesn't apply) and @AxisBank is threatening to block IE code if it is not provided - that's RBI guidelines I'm told. All of this was for a package worth $135: US → IN. Can you help?

@IndiaPostOffice CH155447008US was delivered to my partner's office by Perungudi PO, without customs forms. PO staff did not help. While partner was at post office, someone from the PO falsely claiming my partner's name, picked up the empty box from the office. Please help.

@IndiaPostOffice My colleague in Chennai, running a small business, has been refused by local India Post offices to ship liquid goods, viz. edible oils, supplements etc. Is it India Post's official policy that they don't allow liquid goods (while the other couriers do)?

@TheOfficialSBI We have a corporate account at SBIN0005559. Requested them for weeks to correct the address on file. Finally got a copy from the bank which showed correct address but NO zip. Online statement STILL has address/zip wrong. Took them ages to change phone#/email also.

@AxisBank @FinMinIndia @RBI Axis Bank charged ₹3890.26, to complete a forex transaction of $135 invoice value (₹10242.45 - after their currency conversion) - that's 37.98% of the invoice value. Is there something wrong or that's the norm?
