I have watched Rwaboogo’s video calling on Citizens to speak out. I agree citizens MUST speak out. They must speak out against corruption and land grabbers like him. He is trying to incite people against leaders bringing order, like Gen MK. Let him be assured Gen MK has backing of majority Ugandans.
