My parcel was cleared by UK customs on 1st Dec but still it's not been pickup up by royal mail. I agree that there are strikes going on but it shouldn't take 15 days to deliver goods within UK.

I am going through worst customer service provided by @qatarairways baggage team located at Manchester airport, my luggage has been lost for over 3 weeks now still I don't have any update from Manchester team...

@qatarairways and @IndiGo6E I had one of the worst experience when i was travelling with you guys !! If we have certain privileges for qatar airways please make sure than we can also use that in indigo airline , dosen't matter the other airline is acting as a carrier !!

@airindiain it was a long time since I have flown with you, expected a good quality but still it's same. The attitude of the staff members was not good also was served worst food ever and most importantly the toilets were closed the whole flight for some reason. Look into this !!
