Bring it on. It's ride or die for the squad, we're doing this to be immortal now.
How did Facebook deploy without Vercel?
Back in 2004, there was no Vercel, no AWS, no “Deploy” button.
Here’s how it actually worked:
> Wrote code in PHP (LAMP stack)
> Ran it on a local machine first
> Manually pushed code to a server (FTP/SSH)
> Hosted on a single rented physical server
> Configured Apache + MySQL by hand
> Restarted services manually after changes
As traffic grew:
- Added more physical servers
- Introduced load balancers
- Split DB + app servers
- Built internal tools for deployment
- No CI/CD
- No auto scaling
- No rollback safety
- Just raw engineering + trial & error
Today we complain if deploy takes 30 seconds
In the AI revolution, low status and useful is where the alpha is.
Markdown files look like shit and have basically zero status. But they are insanely useful. Humans can read them, models can read them, agents can write them, diff them, transform them, chain them.
Agents simplifying everything to file systems reminds me of Hadoop.
Hadoop’s big idea was that analysts can just write scripts that access files directly instead of specialized interfaces like SQL. Substitute people with agents and now you’re in 2025…
I think we will relearn the same lessons: modeling every problem as a file system is slow, brittle, and insecure at any interesting scale.
The reason this happens every N years, however, is that as computing paradigms change, the abstractions we have built up to support them start to crack. File systems allow you to cut past them and reinvent things from scratch. In the data world, many of the ideas from Hadoop (eg parallel compute at scale) found their way into Snowflake and Databricks, which are much more sophisticated abstractions.
I’m quite excited to see the new abstractions that emerge from our collective learnings right now. I’m also bearish that filesystems are the long term solution.
Bittersweet to read my tweet. Not a year has passed, and Kohli retires from Test cricket. Farewell, champ. I hope Virat has the hunger to play WC2027. If not, we’ve let go of a legend too soon.
Virat Kohli retired from T20Is today. We’ll see him play lesser over the next few years. As someone who has looked up to Virat as greatness personified:
Thank you for the memories.

Let’s show the world how ODI and Test cricket is played now. Game on.
@shevauneuron Yes. My assumption is it still shows that X has a record of who it is. But, the content generated and images provided are AI influencers as they haven’t evolved with time.
Something their lawyers should have and will pick up…
@shevauneuron X’s verification must evolve with AI influencers. While verified to be operated by a real and traceable person, the likeness and characteristics of the X-user must be identified/marked as being an AI influencer (with relevant transparency policies in place)
@S_P_S_4 Heal - “Time flies by in the yellow and green, stick around and you’ll know what I mean.”
You’re too full of potential to worry about who can and cannot see that impact. If you catch yourself looking back a lot, aim higher. You got this, g
To build honest wealth, try to go to places:-
- Salaries are higher
- Operating tax is lower
- You can invest peacefully (certainty of regulations)
- You use facilities after paying taxes (this lowers your spent)
- Meet/network with folks: who are interested in growing wealth by exploring new ideas
The more you explore the world, the more pros/cons you will see with every location.
Then you can pick and choose which location might work best for you.
Easy to do? No
Worth trying doing it? Absolutely yes
Putting all your eggs in 1 basket is highly dangerous.

@shevauneuron Brilliant list!
I’d add:
• is firm in his decisions, not rigid
• identifies pain points of people around him (crucial as a provider to know “what” to provide)
• reads & writes more than he speaks (a metric to separate the ‘competent’ wheat from the ‘solely confident’ chaff)
@RealCandaceO Courage. Courage is the necessary component to having free speech, Candace. I love you for having so much of that. No one knows everything. It’s the ego of a fragile, insecure man that makes him think that way. Have a safe and sound delivery, hoping for the best for you 🙏❤️
You have been acting unprofessional and emotionally unhinged for weeks now. And we have all had to sit back and allow it and have all tried to exercise exceeding understanding for your raw emotion.
But you cross a certain line when you come for scripture and read yourself into it.
I will not tolerate it.
@shevauneuron Has to be the catchy subject titles, & NO bull shit marketing. If you’re selling a product, you’re selling a product. Own that fact. Too many people in emails take up space and time writing essays rather than just linking the product with the SHORTEST intro possible. (Best way)
Freedom of speech without a strong value system is stupid. For example, if someone has the right to advocate for pedophilia, via freedom of speech, you need an objective value system in order to then put these pedophilia supporters in the wood chipper. The leftists have their value system. Anyone who advocates for meritocracy, the family, men or white people is punished. We don’t need freedom of speech, we need to correct the value system of our society.
