@mattturck My favourite answer to the moats question :
We are not in 1200s any more. We donโt need moats. We have guns, tanks, jets and missiles. We keep firing better than our competition.
@DrRadchenko Revolutions need good communications among the masses. Newspapers/Newsletters were enablers at one point. Increased electronic comms have helped organise people recently too. Will it help in Russia in these conditions to diverge the odds a little bit more from history ?
@PeterDiamandis 50% of the adult world goes to work every weekday, majority of them are unhappy. And that cascades to the other half. Maybe will try to make everyday people a little happier. Oh, and world hunger ! :)
@stephsmithio Only 3 companies that make all the worlds hard drives. When you think about it - cloud, like a collection of raindrops, is basically a collection of hard drives.
Only 3 guys make it:
@Seagate
@westerndigital
@ToshibaStorage
@parrysingh Totally. A lot of hate seems to have roots in โclanism : The one like me is better than the other oneโ. Religion, Race, Country, City, Language, Region etc. Meet enough good people outside your own venn diagram intersections - and hate starts to slow down. Oooh, that startup :)
@justingordon212 Nice Initiative Justin. We are focussed on early stage #futureofwork, #healthtech and D2C investments primarily in Asia and Africa.
No stage is too early; often a passion and little traction are brilliant early signs for us to take a punt.
@mikekarnj Looking at it another way. Most companies can have 200% output with the same people.
Companies like @Gloat_com@fuel50 Virkware, Catalant are helping convert slack into productivity, increasing ROHC (return on human capital), while solving for employee happiness !
@sameer_singh17 Yup. I think there is a huge gap between Heirarchial setups of most organisations and full DAOs. Somewhere in the middle is probably a short term answer to efficiently running most organisational systems !
