With Halloween just around the corner, a shocking investigation by the Trading Standards Institute has uncovered more than 90 percent of costumes tested, failed safety checks.

Kerry Nicol from Trading Standards spoke to Ranvir and Richard about what you can look out for when buying costumes this Halloween.
