In CSS 41, marks are equivalent to 60-70 marks of any general exam. Examiner check all his required boxes before awarding a threshold 40 marks. So don't judge Qualifiers based on quantity. They have some knowledge and skills to get the passing marks.

@AliFahimp Jahil Insaan this is just one page or sc that someone has posted... It was a preliminary screening test almost thousands of students from Sindh have qualifed and get good numbers only a couple of hundred were shortlisted for next phase I myself was one of the candidates in ECP.
