UPPCL Smart Meter recharge doesn't get updated timely, leading to unsolicited low balance reminder and sometimes disconnection in some cases.
Why should consumers be harassed for deficiency of the system?

When it comes to providing after sales services, all are the same. Hopeless and Harassment are the words best describing them. No ethics to fulfil commitment.

Using UPPCL Smart App is more of a stress than comfort. Minimal information is available and that too is not properly updated. Payment not updated on App and showing negative balance, whereas it is updated in PVVNL portal. It's a HOPELESS APP.

@zomato Placed an order and scheduled it as part of proper planning. However, the order got cancelled and refunded putting us in a lot of inconvenience. Such a detached dealing really gives a bad taste. On top of all one can't give feedback for such a bad incidence.

@BajajAllianz Getting repeated messages of 2 wheeler insurance policy renewal. I don't even own a 2 wheeler. Repeated requests on helpline have not yielded results. Apprehending some fraud, I am a bit stressed. Any remedy?
@LGIndia Further, there is slight correction in my complaint.
The first issue though emerged on 17.05.25, it was reported on 21.05.25 as we were away from home during that period.
@LGIndia Repeated issues with LG Dual Inverter Window AC. This time issue started on 17th May and still AC is not functioning properly, albeit with a different issue. It is maintaining a temp 5°C higher than set temp, but LG personnel are still saying that cooling is OK. Strange.
