@fintechjunkie Great framework Frank. Two advantages of CBLMs in more complex situations (today) - Generalized Intelligence and Creativity. That said how we merge the capabilities of the two is the key.
Another Big Idea becomes a reality. Gradually, then suddenly! Congratulations to all those who have worked hard and long, to democratise financial services for a billion people!
@rogerro19830523 @SQSupport @SingaporeAir I got a great resolution and SQ level service by visiting the counter in person. Not ideal that I had to visit but instantly resolved when I did. FYI @rogerro19830523 @SingaporeAir
I thought #SingaporeAir#FlySQ was known for good service. A week back I gave up on the Call Center after a 100 minute wait. Today it’s 3.5 hours and counting!
@SingaporeAir@SingaporeAir - at the risk of repeating myself, I submitted a form, sent an email and spent 6 hours on the phone, all in vain starting a week ago. SQ’s famed service is clearly a thing of the past. Please prove me wrong!
@SingaporeAir@SingaporeAir - is it fair to assume that my efforts to get help through getting your attention on social media has hit the same dead end as my attempts in all other channels? Please prove me wrong!
@SingaporeAir@SingaporeAir - the pandemic is 2 years old now. Cannot be an excuse for understaffed customer service. For my part, I have waited a ridiculous 6 hours on hold over 2 calls trying to reach you. I would appreciate getting specific information on who and when will contact me.
@SingaporeAir@SingaporeAir - this just takes me to the krisflyer log in page. I submitted my detailed query there not one but twice before trying to get your attention through twitter. Hence my request for you to contact me so I can get a resolution to my queries.
@SingaporeAir@SingaporeAir - I do not wish to share details on Twitter. Hence requesting you to email me at [email protected] so I may reply or call me at 9789.1966
Cheers!
@JairamSridharan Never say never. In SG, a couple of years back, due to a pipe leak, the whole condo went back to the red cylinders for 3 months. Goes to prove, you can never really get fully away from the past :)
