Blocks B and C handed over in 2022, with two still under construction. GHMC approved all 8 blocks for handover in 2015, yet construction persists. Not registered in RERA. 500+ families endure, suffering health impacts from prolonged construction, cement, and dust.

🚫 GHMC-Approved Plan Violations:
- Missing 3rd lift
- Unsafe open lifts
- Poor electricity infra
- Provisions for 3rd lift, yet not installed properly, posing safety hazards to kids.
- Block B and C received second-hand generators instead of new ones, resulting in significant noise pollution and substantial expenses on diesel.

🏰 NO PROPER COMPOUND WALL:
- 🚷 Trespassing
- 🍻 Boozing: Encroached barren land
- 🐍 Reptile Invasion: No safety measures - Reptiles are frequent visitors to society

🤥 Builder's Deception:
- Previously cheated people in similar projects, delaying constructions endlessly, revealed only after we were trapped!

🤯 THREATS TO RESIDENTS:
- Builder threatens LEGAL action
- Threats to STOP everything

🚰 Only 360 water connections provided, burdened with excessive water bills.

💰 When asked for additional water connections, builder demands half payment from residents.

😡 Fed Up! Discussions for YEARS!
