CSIR-NIScPR and the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks (CGPDTM), DPIIT, signed a MoU on 15 July 2026 to strengthen access to global scientific, technical and intellectual property knowledge resources through the National Knowledge Resource Consortium (NKRC).

This collaboration will enhance access to world-class research resources, strengthen patent examination and innovation support, and foster future cooperation in science communication, digital knowledge management and science policy research.
