#WATCH | Delhi: On Old Rajinder Nagar coaching centre incident, accused Manuj Kathuria's counsel Rakesh Malhotra says, "The negligence is firstly of the person operating a library in that basement. Our second argument was that if there was waterlogging, then the civic authorities were responsible for that. If a person is driving through an area in his vehicle and an unfortunate incident happens in any building, then that person is not liable for that... The right culprits should be arrested in this case to serve justice to the families of the deceased students..."
VIDEO | Delhi coaching centre deaths: “First of all, it is an unfortunate incident and it should not happen with anyone. Today five accused were brought here (to Tis Hazari court), out of which four were landowners who had given the premise on rent. The fifth accused is my client who was driving his car on the (adjoining) road and going to his home. They are alleging that his car made a movement in water which led to the gate of the building falling, and waterlogging happened,” says Advocate Rakesh Malhotra.
