So now @YESBANK customer care closed the ticket without providing a solution. I replied on the email but didn’t receive a single response and now the case has been closed. This is very inconvenient and mow I have sue this company

hello @RBI i want to report harassment by yes bank, as rbi rules there is 3 days grace period after due date on credit card payment but @YESBANK started harassment just after a day, please take a not and issue some sort of notice to them.
