@ICICIBank absolutely does not care about customers. The staff have no idea what they do or why they do certain things. Corp account frozen for a week, we responded IMMEDIATELY. But their staff is quiet and don’t pick calls. In-bank no one gives a proper answer @ICICIBank_Care

Why does it take an hour for a Verizon rep to address a customer grievance, I’ll never know!! Everytime I go, the wait is an hour per customer.

And it’s a lot of stress to the person who is billing. It’s not easy to bill, fold and pack.
And zudio makes good business. Meaning, the staff must stand for a very long time.
They must have a different person to fold and pack. And more counters too! Like max

@IRCTCofficial the train 16585 changed station and timings. We only got the deviation message which was also confusing. But why not the timings? It was supposed to be at 9 pm. But left at 8:40.
Was this informed to all the travellers?
