किसी ने इनकी तस्वीर ले ली और फिर ये तस्��ीर देखते देखते पूरे जर्मनी में वायरल गई.
एक मशहूर जर्मन मैगज़ीन “डेर स्पीगल” ने इस भारतीय युवक को जर्मनी में ढूंढना शुरू किया. म्यूनिख में युवक का अस्थाई ठिकाना मिला जहां यह भारतीय युवक गैर-कानूनी तरीके से जर्मनी में रह रहा था.

मैगजीन के पत्रकार ने उससे पूछा:
“क्या तुम्हें पता था कि तुम्हारे बगल में बैठी लड़की दुनिया भर में कितनी मशहूर है. उसके लाखों फैन,उसके साथ सेल्फ़ी लेने का सपना देखते हैं, लेकिन तुमने उसे बिल्कुल ही इग्नोर कर दिया.

युवक ने कहा कि :“जब तुम्हारे पास रहने का परमिट ना हो, तुम्हारी जेब में एक ��ी यूरो नहीं हों,और तुम हर दिन ट्रेन में ‘गैर-कानूनी’ तरीके से सफ़र करते हो,तो तुम्हें फ़र्क नहीं पड़ता कि तुम्हारे बगल में कौन बैठा है”
युवक की बेबाकी से इंप्रेस होकर उस मैगज़ीन ने उसे 800 यूरो महीने की सैलरी पर पोस्टमैन की नौकरी दे दी.
इस जॉब कॉन्ट्रैक्ट की वजह से,युवक को तुरंत बिना किसी मुश्किल के जर्मनी में रेगुलर रहने का परमिट भी मिल गया.
