How many videos we have where women are beating men, they themselves record proof of crime ( video) make them viral and walking free?

Girl can and will file . The reality is you are helpless and can't do anything about it other than giving a hollow statement. You can't punish women that's why they can and will file r*** case after relationship break-up.

@ArnazHathiram I cannot answer your question, but if she does anything to her future husband or in-laws, file fake cases against them then most likely she will be awarded with lakhs of rupees by the Indian justice system and the husband has to pay.

@ArnazHathiram You may not like it. But the way the Indian justice system is helpless in front of women and HC/SC just give statements and guidelines no punishment for fake cases. Very soon this injustice and helplessness will give rise to a force which will destroy everything for women.

@DeepikaBhardwaj If you look at an example then every affair is now r***. False promise of employment, promotion etc. After every affair women can claim r*** saying he promise me land, apt, money etc. Now asking money (blackmailing) after s** is legal.
