Horrific experience today while traveling to a movie premiere in Andheri West. We booked a cab through @rapidobikeapp
During the ride, the driver suddenly told us that he had to pick someone from the airport and said he would not drop us at our booked location.
@UberIN_Support@Uber_India why do I have to pay cancellation charges if your driver denied for the destination after arriving at the pickup spot??
It been 24 hours still no way to connect with the support directly and there is no reply in the Uber app why???
