@AkasaAir Hi @AkasaAir The damage that has been done to my luggage is due to negligence and not due to wear and tear. The airline is clearly not taking the accountability and ducking. I will make sure to raise this to higher authorities.

@AkasaAir My bag has been damaged while collecting it from baggage claim belt at Navi Mumbai Airport. Flight QP-2002. When raised this issue at the help desk, they told me they can't give me any resolution and told me to raise a complaint on the website.
