This is the grave of a Muslim woman from Indonesia. Grass has grown over it, a sign that it has been there for quite some time. It appears that a beloved animal perhaps a cat or a dog used to visit her grave regularly and eventually passed away there. Its body still rests beside the grave.

It is a deeply moving sight.

People may gradually forget you as time passes, but the animals you once treated with kindness, fed and cared for often remember your compassion in ways words cannot express.

Every act of mercy leaves a mark. ❤️
